They are also referred to as <em>mephy, meph, mephe, miaw, miw, meow<\/em> or <em>m-cat\/mkat<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drug checking services in cities like Berlin and London are increasingly finding that substances sold as mephedrone (MMC) often contain other synthetic variants, particularly CMCs or NEP (N-Ethyl-Pentedrone). These substances are poorly researched, and their effects and risks are largely unknown.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How does it feel?<\/strong><br>Euphoria \u2022 Energy \u2022 Sociability \u2022 Confidence \u2022 Sexual arousal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Can cause<\/strong><br>Sweating \u2022 Jaw clenching \u2022 Fast heart rate \u2022 Anxiety \u2022 Dry mouth \u2022 Mood swings<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Safer use and harm reduction tips<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Avoid binge use<\/strong> due to strong compulsion to redose.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Often is other MMC and CMC variants sold as mephedrone or 3-MMC, although&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crush your drugs into fine powder.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use <strong>clean straws<\/strong> for snorting to prevent nasal damage.
