Safer use and harm reduction tips
- Start low to gauge effects, do not try high doses alone.
- Avoid mixing with alcohol, GHB/GBL or benzos as there is a high risk of respiratory paralysis.
- Crush your drugs into fine powder.
- Stay hydrated.
- Use clean straws for snorting to prevent nasal damage. Use your own tube/snorter/sniffer as hepatitis C can be transmitted.
- Do a nasal rinse after consumption.
- Carry Antidote (nalaxone) nasal spray, know how to use it and let others know you have it.
